ATM

This is an ATM build up. It has these features

1. Generate user account number with account details registeration.
2. Allows deposit
3. Allows withdrawal
4. Accepts comments
5. Log the user out.

This also stores each users details in a file database folder called folder with the account number as an id.

This work is can be forked and also improved on. Hope to see to come unboard
